Let me explain to you in detail:

Using two impeller with no mechanical connection, through hydraulic oil and other dynamic connections.

In the closed shell of the hydraulic coupler, there are two transmission impeller and its supporting mechanism, among which the active impeller is called the pump wheel and the other one is called turbine.

The two wheels are arranged along the radial direction of a lot of blades, which are arranged in a coupling arrangement with no contact, between 3mm and 4mm in the middle, and a circular working wheel is formed.

The engine crankshaft drives the pump wheel, and the turbine is connected to the output shaft.

The hydraulic coupler shell is filled with hydraulic oil.

When the pump rotates, the blades drive the oil, and in the centrifugal force, the oil is thrown to the edge of the pump blade, and impinge on the turbine blades, making the turbine start to turn.

Under the inertial action, the oil flowing to the turbine enters the inner edge of the turbine and returns to the inner rim of the pump wheel.

And so on.
