1. Why must the torque type hydraulic coupling run?

The early failure of the moment type hydraulic coupling device is related to the uncleanness of the coupling box and the working oil

The bearing lubrication of the moment type hydraulic coupling is the same as that of the working liquid, so the oil is not clean and the bearing will wear out faster.

In addition coupling for pumps, valves, pipes, coolers, etc for the purity of the working oil also request is higher, if the work does not clean will damage the pump, valve, pipeline and oil filter, cooler, circulate work oil cannot flow, coupling can't work normally.

According to statistics, the early failure of 60 and 70 percent is related to the uncleanness of the liquid coupling box and the working oil.

Therefore, it is very important to have the cleanliness of the tank body and the working oil.

3. Liquid coupling should be used regularly for oil change and oil change

The purpose of regular oil change is to replace the deteriorated and contaminated work oil in time to reduce the failure caused by the unqualified work oil.

Pay attention to the following issues when changing oil:

(1) for the first time, the torque type hydraulic coupling will be changed after the first operation of 500h. The purpose is to remove the metal scraps generated after the grinding and to remove the debris from the oil, and then change the oil for every 2000h.

(2) when changing oil, wash the coupling shell, tank and filter.

(3) must be replaced with qualified hydraulic transmission oil, which cannot contain other impurities.

(4) the oil to be changed should be filtered to prevent the mixing of sundries.

(5) to ensure proper flushing rate, the flushing rate of the torque type hydraulic coupling must be accurate.

In the work, the frequent occurrence of oil change coupler can not function, which is mainly caused by the failure to ensure qualified flushing rate due to oil change.

How much is the temperature of the hydraulic transmission oil?

Oil hydraulic coupling working temperature at 70 ℃ or so as well.

It can degrade the oil quality easily, and the bearing lubrication can deteriorate, even causing the structural deformation of the hydraulic coupling.

So coupling working oil generally is 90 ℃, the highest temperature should not exceed 110 ℃.

However, the oil temperature of the hydraulic coupling can not be too low. The low oil temperature can make the viscosity of the oil bigger, the flow of oil and the flow of the coupling is reduced, and the transmission power is reduced.

Therefore, suitable cooling and suitable cooling water flow should be selected to ensure that the oil of the coupling can be fully cooled and worked at the right temperature.

5. Why should the torque type hydraulic coupler be equipped with a protective cover to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation

In the operation of the torque type hydraulic coupler, it can be caused by bolt loosening and elastic disk failure.

In addition, the staff should not be aware that it can also be damaged on the rotating parts, so it should be installed with a protective cover.

Because the torque type hydraulic coupling depends on air cooling, the protective cover must ensure heat dissipation and ventilation.

6. Why don't you allow the hydraulic coupling?

(1) the limited moment type liquid coupling device is mostly made of aluminum alloy. It is easy to damage the parts when disassembling, so it must be disassembled by professional staff.

(2) the hydraulic coupling has already been balanced in the factory, and should be properly marked when removed, so that the balance should be maintained when reloading, so it cannot be disassembled casually.

(3) random disassembly may destroy the seal of the coupling, and in reloading it may cause the coupling to fail, so it should be dismantled by the professional.

7. What should be noticed when the hydraulic coupling is removed?

(1) it is not allowed to use the hammer to hit the coupler shell, which can be removed by using the special disassembly tool.

(2) make the mark before disassembling, and assemble by mark when reloading, to prevent damage to balance.

(3) the sealing ring on the hydraulic coupling is mostly non - object, and do not destroy when disassembling, because it destroys the procurement difficulty.

(4) before disassembling, read the instruction manual, understand the structure and disassemble the parts in order to prevent the parts from being broken down.

8. The problem that should be paid attention to when the hydraulic coupling is opened

(1) check whether the random files are complete, including the instructions, the qualification certificate, the details of the parts and the details of the vulnerable parts.

(2) check whether the random parts are complete, including fusible plugs, explosive plugs, seals, couplings and elastic elements.

(3) check whether the connection size meets the requirements, including the total length of the coupling, the input and output dimensions, etc.

(4) the appearance quality of the coupling should be checked, including the defects such as collision, crack, rust, depaint, and flying burrs.

(5) check whether the scope of supply meets the requirements.

Whether the matching kit is in accordance with the requirements of the order, whether there is a certificate, instruction, etc.

(6) check whether the product has safety proof, and the liquid coupling device used in the explosion-proof environment should check the coal safety certificate, explosion proof certificate and so on.
